There is a 30% deposit of the balance due
    at the time of booking your party,  this will
    lock in the date of your party in my
    schedule.  The deposit is due as soon as
    you want to book the party because if
    someone else would like to book a party on
    the same day I must be capable of telling
    them if I can do it or not.  This is the only
    way that will ensure you the date of the
    party if it is not booked already.
