In order to receive full refund on your
    deposit you must cancel your event prior to
    3 months  before the date of your  event. 
    If you cancel prior to 2 months but after 3
    months you will receive 50% of your
    deposit back.  If you cancel prior to 1 month
    but after 2 months you will receive 25% of
    your deposit back.  If you cancel within one
    month of your event there will be no refund.
